Steps to reprint a lost GAMCA slip
Losing the printed slip does not cancel your appointment. This guide helps you reprint the same slip by using the official portal. Always verify the date and keep a digital backup.
If you booked through a coordinator, the slip still comes from the official portal. Reprint the latest version so the clinic sees the same booking number and reporting time on their side.
Travelers coming from another city should re-download the slip the night before travel and save a copy to email or cloud storage in case the portal is busy on the day of the visit.
What you need before reprinting
- Passport number and nationality
- Token reference or booking ID
- Sponsor city or destination country details
If you do not have the token reference, start with your passport number and nationality. Most portals can still locate the booking if the appointment is active.
What to verify on the reprinted slip
- Name spelling and passport number
- Sponsor city and destination country
- Reporting date and time window
- Clinic name and address
If any detail is wrong, request a correction before the appointment to avoid entry issues at the clinic.
Common slip reprint problems
Slip not showing
Check spelling and try again after a short delay.
Old slip appears
Confirm you are viewing the most recent booking or reschedule.
Portal errors
Switch browsers or use mobile data if the portal is busy.
Expired appointment
If the appointment has expired, you will need a new token.
Portal delays are common during peak hiring weeks. If a slip does not appear, wait a few hours and try again before visiting the clinic.
Same-day backup tips
Even after you reprint, keep quick backups so the clinic can verify your appointment if the printer fails or the portal goes down.
- Save the PDF on your phone and email it to yourself.
- Carry one printed copy and one photocopy if possible.
- Keep a screenshot of the QR slip for quick gate checks.
